The form collects first and last name, email address, phone number, messaging consent choices, and submission details. The current setup also records timezone, the page URL, traffic source, and related website activity.

How information is used

Information is used to receive audit requests, contact the requester, coordinate appointments, manage leads, and maintain submission records. Marketing texts should be sent only when the separate marketing consent option has been selected.

Service providers

RevThem uses GoHighLevel and its connected LeadConnector services to host the form, store CRM records, and send submission notifications. Submitted information is available to authorized account users and relevant service providers supporting these functions. We do not sell your lead information or share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Messaging choices

SMS consent is optional and separate from requesting an audit. If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact the email above to withdraw consent or request help. An audit request does not itself authorize marketing texts.

Cookies and tracking

The website platform may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality and activity attribution. These technologies may record visits, device information, and referral sources. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Retention and requests

Contact the email above to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask about retention. We review inactive leads after 12 months and delete information that is no longer needed for follow-up, business records, or legal obligations. Requests may require identity verification and may be subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Security

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the audit form.
